The more time that goes by the more my lemon changes. It’s getting more squishy and more yellow each day. I’ve had it it for about a week now. I’m surprised it’s not more ripe by now. I think it will start to change more rapidly next week since it will be two weeks old. I’m curious to see how long it lasts before going bad. Each day it gets more character with every new change.

I wonder what my lemon will taste like when i’m done with it. Will it be edible? I hope so because it would be super ripe and sweet. Sweet lemons are the best kind of lemons. You can use them for lemonade or add them to water for flavor. I love adding lemons to my water it always makes me drink more. I think it’s weird how I like lemons so much but i’m not a fan of lemonade. I think it’s all the sugar it makes it to sweet for me and gives me a headache. I like almost anything lemonade flavored except lemonade.
