Hello lively listeners! The song I chose for this week is really special. It’s a mashup of two songs! It has been stuck in my head for a week now, and just had to share it. This week’s song is… Take a Slice by Glass Animals x Breezeblocks by alt-J!

OMG, this mashup is so satisfying and fun! I was skeptical at first, the two songs are very different from each other and I wasn’t sure how it was going to sound. But when I heard the climax, I freaked out! This is a great song to play when you just want to let out all your energy and jump around.

I first heard this mashup on TikTok (@colerusso3) and was blown away. I had never heard either of the songs before, but they quickly got stuck in my head. My favorite part is when the two songs switch (2:20 in the video). The switch is so satisfying and I feel like my head is spinning every time I hear that guitar riff!
