~My Awesome Avatar~

Hey! It’s me, number 15! Got my soccer ball, and got my headband, which is the only thing I will wear in my hair, besides elastics. Making my avatar was fun, but also a bit challenging. I had no idea it would be so hard to get an accurate description of me, especially when I have a hard to find hair color, (at least on bitmoji), and when I have a strange sense of style. I think my Avatar accurately describes me, especially with the hazelnut colored hair I found. BTW, check out some of the gossip on Mariams Not So Secret Diary! I have lots more to say about me, but let’s save it for another post! Can’t put it all in one!

The fact that my avatar had an option to put in a soccer ball made me ecstatic. Not only does that tell people that I play soccer, it tells people that I like it to. My hair has a nice purple tint in its tips, although recently its started washing out. My cute little outfit shows that even though I am athletic, I don’t live in athletic wear. I live in my favorite jeans and junky t-shirts. Comment what your favorite stay home outfit is at the bottom of the post. There is no need to be very descriptive, just a little description! My headband also describes me, I wear headbands all the time.

I’m so excited for the Student blogging challenge! It gives us something fun to do with our blogs, instead of posting what we had for dinner, (I had chicken…).  Its a really great experience making the avatars and just having a chance to be in this challenge.  As a class, we made lots of avatars. Check them out below! Our class avatars are so awesome and I can’t wait to find out what will happen next! Until next time everyone!

  1. Hi CC!
I completely agree with you that it was difficult to create an Avatar who physically resembles me. You did a great job, and I love that you included your signature soccer ball and headband! Also, I had chicken for dinner a few nights ago too. My kids tell me that I make chicken too often, so I’m working on expanding what I cook each night.
It was great that you gave a shout out to Mariam’s Not-so-Secret Diary. Visiting her blog would be easier if you included a hyperlink for the reader.
I’m so excited to continue this Blogging Challenge with you.
    Thanks for sharing,

  2. Hey CC,

I enjoyed reading your avatar post. Finding the correct hairstyle and color can be quite challenging. Bitmoji is my favorite avatar creator. They continue to update with more options, so hopefully, it will become easier to match individual users.

Creating avatars is one of my favorite activities. I love to see everyone’s avatar versions.

From what I can tell, you seem to love animals. I am an animal lover! I have chickens, ducks, goats, cows, horses, dogs, cats, a bunny, and even a hedgehog! It is a lot to keep up with but I think the joy that they bring is worth the work! The hedgehog poops more than I could ever imagine!! Which of your pets requires the most upkeep?

Keep up the good work on your blog! You have done a great job so far!! I will enjoy your SBC posts; I agree that the what-you-had-for-dinner-posts aren’t real exciting!

    Enjoyed reading,

  7. Hi CC-

I enjoyed reading your Avatar backstory. Thanks for sharing it here in the blogosphere. I’m keen on the Bitmoji avatars because they allow so much personalization. You standing on your soccer ball reminds me, for some odd reason, of all the soccer team pictures my daughters were in. Someone was either holding a ball or had their foot on the ball–just like your Bitmoji.

Per your closing question, my go-to stay-at-home outfit has to be something cozy and warm. I’d say yoga pants or jeggings, my fleece Ugg clogs, a chunky, loose sweater, and a pair of Darn Tough wool socks. preferably colorful and contrasting with my outfit. 🙂 Thanks for asking!

    Keep on blogging!
