This is my avatar that I think looks similar to me. I couldn’t find my actual hair color so I opted for a more lighter version of it. I’m wearing a purple dress because not only is purple my favorite color, but I really liked the cut.
I’m also wearing a watch since I always want to know what time it is. Due to my love of photography, my avatar has a camera around her neck. Considering my passion for fashion, I am wearing a beret and nice, comfortable shoes. As a result of my sensitive eyes, my avatar is wearing sunglasses and is crying, because I’m always stressed out.
I prefer my bitmoji to my avatar I created because I think my bitmoji resembles me and how relatable I am. Overall, I had a pleasant time creating this. I’m so excited and thrilled to be participating in the student blogging challenge! Go check out http://blogs.lcps.org/milkywayswithwords/ you won’t regret it!
Hello Lily,
Your avatar is great and in reading why you picked each component, I realize we have several similar interests or likes.
I too am a lover of all things purple and I enjoy photography too.
Here is a photo I took this summer, it is a favorite. https://lddewar.edublogs.org/2019/08/23/in-the-mulch/
You are off to a good start, I hope you enjoy the remainder of the Student Blogging Challenge.

Dear Mrs. Dewar,
Thank you! Your picture that you linked is incredible! It’s amazing how a picture can tell so much without saying anything. I can’t wait to see more pictures you post on your blog.

Hello Lily,
Thanks for the detailed description in your post. It allowed me to understand your reasoning for each aspect of the Avatar. I agree that the dress is something that you would wear, and it would look fabulous on you! I discovered something we have in common because I’m always paying attention to the time. In fact, I’m constantly trying to determine how much time I should spend on every project or portion of my day. We are going to work on the fact that you are often stressed out. I don’t want you to feel that way since everything I’ve seen you write or create is awesome, and every interaction we’ve had makes me thoroughly enjoy you! I want to make sure you believe in yourself and all of the great contributions you will be making to our world. The truth is that I can’t wait to see what your future holds! It’s fantastic that you included a shout-out for a different blog. I visited Milky Ways With Words, and thought it was very interesting!
Thanks again,
Mrs. Sheridan
Dear Mrs. Sheridan,
Thank you! It’s nice to hear that someone else likes to be punctual. My friends often tease me for that. I’ve tried not to stress out quickly, but it’s sort of become a habit for me. I know, it’s not healthy, but I’ve been meditating and taking breaks. It’s gotten a little bit better. Communications is my favorite subject and the reason why I prefer A days to B days. I’m so excited to see what we’ll do next!
Honestly, I feel the same way about my future. It’s terrifying in a way for me to have to pick ONE career. There’s just so many things that I love doing!

Hi Lily. I think it’s really nice how you explained every part of your avatar and it’s meaning and not leaving any part out. Do you think you could’ve used a different app to make the avatar more like you or was that one just the best?
Hi Brenton,
Thank you for your response! I definitely think that I could’ve used a different app for my avatar, but I feel like the specific app I used was more my style.

Hi Lily! Your avatar is a very unique style, and I like it! I loved that it was cartoony and you did an amazing job. Hope you reply to this comment.
