In the city of fruits, there was an election going on. It was to elect the mayor of fruits. Orange and his buddy we’re running together. Orange’s buddy was green because he wasn’t ripe yet. So he was just known as the green orange. They were running against the red apple and the granny smith apple. It was the day of the final debate and whether they could get the audience to vote for them. The orange one spoke first, then the green orange spoke. They were so good with their arguments, the apples decided to withdraw from the race.

Hi everyone! Today I have another 100 word challenge for you guys! Today I am going to be using 5 words to incorporate in my short story. Be ready, it’s a cliffhanger. These are the five words I’m using: ( balloon, never, kicked, frightening, brown) I hope you enjoy!

I am excited today is independence day! I have so many plans today with my friends. We are going to do something we never thought we would do. It is very frightening and scary. We are going to use a large balloon and attach it to us to see if we will fly. We just started pumping air into the balloon, and we got into an argument of who would get to fly. I tripped and accidentally kicked the balloon. It got chaotic. In order to take control of the balloon we had to tie it to a brown chair.

I hope you guys enjoyed that cliffhanger story for March 5! I hope you enjoyed it! Comment your blog URL so I can check it out! Have a good day!

Last Monday was a very eventful and huge day for me. I turned 18, and there was only one thing I wanted for my birthday. I wanted a bright yellow bike. I was always obsessed with the color yellow, and I’ve never owned a bike in my entire life. We had a family lunch together and in the back of my head, I just kept thinking about when I was going to get my yellow bike. As a birthday present I decided to go on a hike. As we were walking, I saw the most beautiful thing. It’s a bike!

1 Little Word

Hello everyone! I am back with another blog post for you guys. Today I am going to be talking about my one little word. This means that this is a word I want to use as a goal and focus on. I hope you enjoy it!

My one little word is determination, because I want to always work toward my goals, whether it is completing a school assignment, or applying to college. I also picked this word because it can help when I am feeling unmotivated or sad. I’ve always used this word to motivate me to do anything which is why this is my word for 2021!

This word will inspire me for the year because I want to get all A’s, I want to complete all my homework in time, and I want to stay productive and have fun. This word is a part of my plan in achieving these goals for the year. I am going to achieve them by keeping an organized space and writing all my homework down. Having a schedule so I don’t get bored and I’m staying productive.

In order to make these goals a reality. I always make sure to have my priorities straight and ready to go. This word is so motivating for me to accomplish my goals. Determination is also a word very personal to me because I’ve been using that as my one little word forever.

In conclusion, I hope you enjoyed me talking about my one little word. Comment your one little word and how you are planning on using it. Also comment your blog URL so i can check it out!

Hi Everyone I have another 100 word challenge post for you guys! Today we were given a few words to use in our short story, and here they are: ” bicycle, desperate, yellow, warned, greedily.” These are the words I am going to use to make a nice short story, I hope you enjoy!

I have always been desperate for a yellow bicycle. My parents warned me about the injuries that could happen if I bought it. But I greedily decided to buy the bicycle anyway and I loved it! It was my first time having a bicycle and I got to learn how to ride it. It took a while at first, but then I finally got it. After using my bike for a while, I wanted to learn some tricks to do with my bicycle. I always see cool athletes performing tricks. So I am now determined to learn some tricks soon.

100 Word Challenge – January 22

Hi Everyone I have another 100 word challenge post for you guys! Today we had to use this image as a prompt for our challenge. I hope you enjoy it.

I was hiking with my family, and all of a sudden, a large cloud shaded us from the sunlight and lightning flashed brighter than the sun, and with a blink of an eye, I was all alone. I looked everywhere and I was surrounded by trees. So I decided to look for my family. I started walking, and I bumped into a weird tree. It was very tall, and it was shaped like a human. So I started walking up to it, and the tree started moving. It started creeping slowly towards me, and you won’t even believe what happened…

100 Word Challenge!

Hello everyone! I am back with another blog post for you guys. So Today my Communications teacher challenged my classmates and I to write a paragraph that’s exactly 100 words with the phrase “everything stopped and.” So this is the outcome of that challenge: In March of 2020, quarantine started. Everything stopped and we had to stay at home. It was one of the hardest and biggest adjustments I had to make in my life. I had to do school completely virtually. I’m glad that I was able to stay at home and spend time with my family. Lots of things happened but I always made sure to still stay positive. Now that it’s 2021, it is a fresh start for me, and I can continue to improve throughout the year.
My word of the year is determination, because I have a lot of hopes and goals for this year that I want to achieve that will only help by staying determined. The end. I hope you guys enjoyed my 100 words about 2020. Also comment the URL to your blog so I can check it out! Have a great day.

Holidays & Festivities!

Hello Everyone! I hope you are having a great day. I am back with another blog post for you guys! Today I’m going to be talking about holidays and traditions! I am going to tell you some traditions I like to do with my family around Christmas time and what we do to celebrate Christmas!

Preparing for Christmas:
In the beginning of December, my parents, my siblings, and I headed over to our grandma’s house to set up the Christmas tree. It has always been a tradition celebrating Christmas at my grandma’s house. We set up the tree, and every year I always want to put the star on the tree, and this year was tall enough to reach the top! I was so excited I got to put the star on top of the tree! When I was younger, before my grandparents moved, we had a little bag of special Christmas ornaments we would draw to put on the tree that year! I love to look back on those fun memories!

Christmas meals:

On EVERY SINGLE CHRISTMAS, my grandma makes her special secret recipe cake that tastes like heaven, it was so plush and soft and I couldn’t get enough of it. I am always very excited for it. It is one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. Also on Christmas, my grandma makes her amazing biryani. Biryani is an indian food that usually has rice, spices, and meat (sheep or chicken).

Presents:
These traditions are so amazing and fun, and I love that we’ve been doing it since I was very young. This Christmas, it’s going to be extra special because my one year old baby brother is going to join us this year! Another tradition we do every year is get presents!!! I love getting presents. My grandparents give me the best presents ever! They know me so well, one year I loved knitting, and they gave me a whole knitting kit! They are so great at finding presents I will love. Ever since I was very young, I would make presents for Christmas. Last year I worked very hard and gave the best present I ever made. I knitted beanies for my grandparents and my aunt.
I love giving presents and getting presents! Christmas is always going to be my favourite holiday!
Thank you so much for reading my blog post about my Christmas traditions! Don’t forget to comment down below your blog URL, so I can check it out and comment on your blog!

Have a great day!
