Hi everyone! For today’s post I want to reflect back on the school year of 2020-2021, and explain all the highs and lows, and new things about this school year. I hope you enjoy.

So for most students, this entire year has been a drastic change from previous school years. Everything was moved virtual. Throughout this time there were so many things to learn. To start, I learned many new things about myself. I learned what I enjoy, and what I do to keep myself happy. I also learned ways that I can do multiple things and prevent myself from getting stressed out. I found out that I really enjoy staying active and working out and I also love listening to music as a way from escaping the world mentally.

I found out that others along with me have different mental health states. Some are incredibly stressed out, or feeling insecure about themselves. Others are happy, doing great, and having no mental struggles whatsoever. It’s important to learn about others, so you can relate, and grow yourself as a person. Learning about others and yourself is important, but you also need to not forget about learning about the nation and our world.

There are so many crises that are destroying this planet and people need to take a stand for. Including this year, we went through a huge presidential election, COVID-19, etc.

Hi everyone! Today I have another 100 word challenge for you guys! I am going to be writing predictions and guessing that relates to the origins of the stone tower in the picture above. I hope you enjoy!

As you can see with the image above, I’m going to try to make some suggestions of what this stone tower is. I see some old materials because the rocks look worn out. So my first guess is that this tower is old. Next, the tower looks like it was taken from a far angle so I’m thinking that it’s not as tall as it looks. I think it’s shorter in real life. The tower is also on the coast. I think this tower is located in a coastal area. In conclusion I think it is old, short, and coastal.

Hi everyone! Today I have another 100 word challenge for you guys! I am going to be using the words: oar, rule, mushroom, wistful, and wrinkled in my 100 WC challenge today! I hope you enjoy!

Today was the second day of our camping trip and we’re going hiking! There were so many bugs, I wrinkled my nose in disgust. While we were looking for what all the bugs were chasing, I was starting to feel very wistful about this trip. After about 10 minutes of walking the trail, we bumped into a river and decided to take a canoe ride. We grabbed both oars and started to paddle across the river. After we made it across the river we noticed a mushroom field. When we took a closer look, you won’t believe what we saw.

Today is my 14th birthday! I am so excited for today we got lots of plans! Today was a bright sunny day, we had a lot of guests coming over and everything was set to make the day perfect. We got my favourite cake- mango mousse topped with fresh mango! We got decorations for the theme of the party this year which was a 90’s retro theme. We got a karaoke machine, and even a disco! Everything was going great until the sun started to set early, and suddenly, darkness enveloped the room and you won’t believe what happened next…

If I were in charge of the world I’d cancel headaches, sadness, and bullying.
If I were in charge of the world there’d be peace, immortal humans, and more flavors of ice cream.

If I were in charge of the world
You wouldn’t have to work
You wouldn’t have to worry
You wouldn’t lack self confidence

If I were in charge of the world
A hot apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream
and junk food would be healthy
I’d make everyone happy
Anyone who wishes to be in charge of the world
gets to be in charge of the world.

Hi everyone! Today I have another 100 word challenge for you guys! I am going to be using the phrase “…as it let out a pitiful howl…” in my 100 WC challenge today! I hope you enjoy!

I was driving home from work when I heard a howl, I got a little freaked out and started shaking. But I was still curious so I stayed. Then I heard another howl of pain. I started walking toward where the howl’s were coming from and I saw 2 wolves- 1 in pain, and another looking like it’s crying as it let out a pitiful howl. I went to call help but with every step I took walking away from the wolves, they each started howling louder and louder. I realised something was off, and I needed to help them.

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I last posted but I am back with another 100 word challenge for you guys! I am going to be using these words in my short story today: violin, elephant, purple, happy, and painted. I hope you enjoy!

Today painters came and painted the elephant room in the zoo purple when we went back to see how it looked we got really happy to see it. We decided to bring the violinists to play the violin at the zoo so people can see the new elephant room makeover. When we went to see the violinists perform at the zoo they were over 1000 people at the zoo! So the violinists invited some drummers and trumpet players to play along with them at the performance. The performance was so beautiful and I will always remember it and share it.

As my best friend Donald and I were walking down roseway street, all of a sudden, Donald yelled “what in the world is that?” We got startled to see the strangest looking statue we ever saw. The eyes were staring deep into our soul and it felt like that statue was alive and human. As our curiosity took over, we decided to get closer to the statue and investigate. The statue started to move, before we noticed an alive blink. Donald and I started getting freaked out and the statue started walking and you won’t believe what happened to donald.

Hi everyone! Today I have another 100 word challenge for you guys! I am going to be using this phrase in my short story. “the orange one spoke first..” I hope you enjoy!

In the city of fruits, there was an election going on. It was to elect the mayor of fruits. Orange and his buddy we’re running together. Orange’s buddy was green because he wasn’t ripe yet. So he was just known as the green orange. They were running against the red apple and the granny smith apple. It was the day of the final debate and whether they could get the audience to vote for them. The orange one spoke first, then the green orange spoke. They were so good with their arguments, the apples decided to withdraw from the race.

Hi everyone! Today I have another 100 word challenge for you guys! Today I am going to be using 5 words to incorporate in my short story. Be ready, it’s a cliffhanger. These are the five words I’m using: ( balloon, never, kicked, frightening, brown) I hope you enjoy!

I am excited today is independence day! I have so many plans today with my friends. We are going to do something we never thought we would do. It is very frightening and scary. We are going to use a large balloon and attach it to us to see if we will fly. We just started pumping air into the balloon, and we got into an argument of who would get to fly. I tripped and accidentally kicked the balloon. It got chaotic. In order to take control of the balloon we had to tie it to a brown chair.
