Hello Everyone! I hope you are having a great day. I am back with another blog post for you guys! Today I’m going to be talking about holidays and traditions! I am going to tell you some traditions I like to do with my family around Christmas time and what we do to celebrate Christmas!

Preparing for Christmas:
In the beginning of December, my parents, my siblings, and I headed over to our grandma’s house to set up the Christmas tree. It has always been a tradition celebrating Christmas at my grandma’s house. We set up the tree, and every year I always want to put the star on the tree, and this year was tall enough to reach the top! I was so excited I got to put the star on top of the tree! When I was younger, before my grandparents moved, we had a little bag of special Christmas ornaments we would draw to put on the tree that year! I love to look back on those fun memories!

Christmas meals:

On EVERY SINGLE CHRISTMAS, my grandma makes her special secret recipe cake that tastes like heaven, it was so plush and soft and I couldn’t get enough of it. I am always very excited for it. It is one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. Also on Christmas, my grandma makes her amazing biryani. Biryani is an indian food that usually has rice, spices, and meat (sheep or chicken).

Presents:
These traditions are so amazing and fun, and I love that we’ve been doing it since I was very young. This Christmas, it’s going to be extra special because my one year old baby brother is going to join us this year! Another tradition we do every year is get presents!!! I love getting presents. My grandparents give me the best presents ever! They know me so well, one year I loved knitting, and they gave me a whole knitting kit! They are so great at finding presents I will love. Ever since I was very young, I would make presents for Christmas. Last year I worked very hard and gave the best present I ever made. I knitted beanies for my grandparents and my aunt.
I love giving presents and getting presents! Christmas is always going to be my favourite holiday!

Hello Everyone! I am back with a new post today. Today we are going to be talking about my avatar! As you can see, I changed my avatar to a lovely Bitmoji so I am going to tell you why I picked that and the inspiration for each part of my avatar. This is my avatar which describes me perfectly, I used the app Bitmoji to design this avatar.

My avatar is very calm and zen, which is how I am. I don’t like loud or anything chaotic. This avatar is also how I look. I have small lips, straight hair that I always part in the middle, and I always wear jeans. I also chose some colorful shoes because I love how they look with basic outfits. My avatar is the most perfect way to represent me, which is why I love it so much!

Hello! Welcome to my blog! My name is Fatima Bhaktul. For my first blog post, I wanted to do an acronym of my name to help you get to know a little bit about me!

 

F-  Fun: I love dancing and singing to music in my free time! One of my favorite music artists is One Direction and my favourite song is “What Makes You Beautiful”.  I also love having fun with my family and friends!

 

A-  Active: I love doing things to keep myself busy. I love drawing and playing badminton. (even though I’m really bad at badminton)

 

T- Tiny and Talented: I am a tiny person. I am 4’9 and most people don’t believe me when I say I’m 13 years old and I like being small because I am not like everyone else. I know I will grow taller someday. My talents are whistling but I can’t really whistle a song but I’m good at freestyle whistling *if that’s a thing*. I am also a fast learner. I can learn lots of different things in one day. I am very good at drawing. I usually draw portraits of people with great details and I have been drawing since I was a baby. 

But I am looking forward to expanding my talents.

 

I- Interesting: I love sitting and talking with people, and I am a very interesting person. I have so many experiences and interesting stuff about myself to share with others!

 

M- Mature: In my life I grew up among very mature people. So I have developed lots of maturity. I have learnt to stay on track of my school work, I babysit my brother a lot, and I keep my room and closet clean. I am also more patient and gentle on my sister *even though she is so annoying* but I still stay mature in all of these situations.

 

A- Amazing: I am an amazing person. I love being around people, animals, plants, you name it. I am amazing to all!
