Hey guys,
A few days ago I sprained my ankle while me and my partner were drilling takedowns. I couldn’t wrestle at the tournament that week and that doesn’t help the team out because we need to get pins and win matches in order to win the tournament. There is another competition coming up and I’m not sure how healed my ankle is going to be but I doubt that I’ll be wrestling. I couldn’t prevented these injuries by just recovering after training and that can happen to anybody so always recover and get back to the grind. Stay safe.
