For my goal 1 for quarter 3, I choose to read 2 Narrative Non Fiction books. The books I chose were Girls Who Rocked The World by Michelle McCann. This book went into detail about the women who inspired and changed the world. I liked this book because it was about important women from the past. My second book, Brown Girl Dreaming, was about the author, Jacqueline Woodson who shared what it was like growing up in the 1960’s and 1970’s. I liked this book because it told me a lot about how people lived back before I was born.
To give more of my opinion, I decided to create a graph to compare what it is like to read a regular book, and a Narrative Non Fiction book.
