Earlier this week it was announced that Kent Taylor, the C.E.O. of the popular Texas Roadhouse restaurant has passed away. Taylor was 65 years old and his family reported he sadly took his own life due to the struggle of Covid-19. He was said to have been experiencing tinnitus. Tinnitus is described as an intense ringing in both ears, Taylor’s family said “He was greatly suffering… the days became unbearable.” Taylor is described by all his friends and family as a loving man with a beautiful spirit and kind heart. There is a small, private service planned for him this week where his memory will be celebrated and cherished. As for the restaurant responsibilities are being passed down to his family. It is a heartbreaking story and Kent Taylor will be forever remembered.
