Harry Styles Releases “Treat People With Kindness” Music Video

Harry Styles surprised fans on New Years Day with the release of the music video for “Treat People With Kindness”, a song from his 2019 sophomore album Fine Line. The video features Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and is set in an old-Hollywood nightclub. In the video, Styles and Waller-Bridge wear sparkling Gucci jackets while they dance across the stage and the tables throughout the room. Since the video is shot in black and white, fans get a feel of Hollywood in the old-days.

Styles wanted to release this kind-hearted video for the New Year to show his ideal vision of 2021. The song and video radiate positive vibes, love, acceptance, and a good time: all of which should be passed into 2021 after such a rough year last year. The video was rehearsed and filmed back in February 2020, before everywhere went on lockdown, but wasn’t released until January first of this year. Styles’ “TPWK” motto is something he truly lives by, which can be proven by those who worked with him on the video. One of the staff members stated how Harry helped them move the piano into the room they filmed because he “just wanted to help”.
