As Covid-19 cases surge in the U.S., this Thursday the country surpassed nine million cases, with half a million in the past week. This is only believed to get worse in the coming weeks, as over 20 states have reported more cases than any time during the pandemic. This Wednesday, a total of 996 Covid-19 deaths were reported, raising the national death toll to 230,000. As the election approaches, Covid-19 is of great importance to many voters. However, with the virus becoming more and more political, people need to see that the virus is not a political debate, but rather a great public health concern to every single person living in the U.S.
