Judge Delays Jury Recordings in Breonna Taylor Case

Judge Ann Bailey Smith in the Breonna Taylor case has agreed to delay release of Breonna Taylor grand jury recordings. The Attorney General of Kentucky Daniel Cameron had requested a one-week extension due to concerns of protecting personal information of witnesses in the case. The recordings were initially due at noon on September 30th, but the release has been pushed back to Friday, October 2nd.

The case has gathered millions of people who are interested in its outcome, leading to concerns about potential threats against witnesses involved the case.
