This year, forecasters have predicted a harsher winter compared to the past few years. According to forecasters, this year, the U.S. is expected to have a colder, wetter, and longer winter. In Virginia, it is expected to rain a great deal with wet snow and higher temperatures. Other parts of the states have already gotten a lot of snow, which is unexpected for how early it is in the year. We are still 38 days from the first day of winter and are experiencing freezing temperatures and lots of precipitation, whether it be rain or snow. Since there will be so much snow in certain states this year, forecasters are recommending that people get a snow blower. Shockingly, there are over 100 deaths a year due to people shoveling their driveways, so it is safer to invest in a snowblower.
