Every year at John Champe, the seniors get the three minute privilege. This means they get the opportunity to leave for lunch early and leave school early by three minutes. The class of 2019 was disappointed when they found out their three minutes were taken away. Our SCA President, Sohan Daniel, talked with our new principal, Mr. Tyson, and came up with a compromise. The seniors will get to leave three minutes early at the end of the day but not before each lunch.

“Seniors will have this through the school year as long as they leave the school and not hang around the building,” stated Daniel.
