btfl, Super Bowl LII

By now everybody knows that the Eagles won the Super Bowl. Just like every Super Bowl that the Patriots are in, there was a controversial call in fourth quarter. It happened when Eagles quarterback Nick Foles threw the ball to Zach Ertz to take the lead. Ertz ‘caught’ it and dove into the endzone, forcing the ball to bounce out of his grasp and go into the air. It was originally called a touchdown, and the call stood. In my opinion, if that was a touchdown, then the Jesse James ‘catch’ was a touchdown as well. The NFL has a big problem with leaving teams hoping the ‘catch’ call will go their way. As a fan I hope the NFL gets this problem solved, and can determine what a ‘catch’ is.

Right now in baseball the biggest story is that Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson will join the Yankees for spring training. In my opinion it is great that there are still players willing to play to professional sports. This also helps the Yankees get a major following in spring training.
