Last week, the spring track season started! Dominion had LOTS of people come out – around 175 boys and girls. It is now the second week and the numbers have thinned a bit, now with around 150 people. This team has great potential and I’m very excited to see what we can do! We had time trials on tuesday and we saw some great performances made by everyone. Our mock-meet is coming up on the tenth of March, and is something we call a intrasquad meet. We are going to split our large 
team into three teams and we are going to then race against each other in all events. This allows the coaches to see the top performers in every event and see which events might be best for us. These meets cause a great amount of competition between us, but that causes us to run our fastest! I’m so excited for this upcoming season, so stay posted for more information!
