Guilin, China

This photo was taken while hiking the terraced rice fields, which was created about 800 years ago. On the hike you will see many different small villages in the mountain, where you are able to stop and have tea and lunch with the locals.

Guilin, located in the south of China, is best know for is natural beauty. Guilin is considered to be the pearl of China’s thriving tourism industry. The city is only 10,734 square miles, more compact that other major travel spots in the country and you are able to see more in the time you are there. There are four different seasons in Guilin and has high humidity. The best time to travel to Guilin is April to October.
