I am so happy that today is Friday!!!! Friday and Saturday are probably my favorite days in the week. Last Wednesday, we took Vader to his first training class and it was a lot of fun, except there was this chihuahua that was barking a ton next to him and he was driving Vader crazy!!! Hello! I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a couple weeks, but anyways, the main purpose of my blog in the beginning was to help raise awareness for endangered animals, and they really need help from us, which is why I named my blog an Ocean of Possibility, which is supposed to mean that there is a whole world of animals that need saving and it’s our job to help them, so we can see the beauty of these animals in the future(and also I chose that name because I love to swim and my parents literally have to drag me out of the ocean when we go to the beach)

I am so happy that it’s Friday!!!!!! Yay!!! Today is one of my best friends birthdays  too. I’m not really sure what we’re doing  this weekend but sometimes those are the best kinds of weekends. Here is the poem that I wrote for this week. It’s called the Lazy Caterpillar.

The Lazy Caterpillar

There once was a caterpillar named Tog, and all he liked to do was lay on his log. Then one day he ate, a big leaf as his bait and then his stomach got in a big clog.

I close my eyes.

And take a breath.

The water rises above my chest.

The waves flow and ripple in the light, as I go underwater and lose the lands sight.

I gracefully start to dive down, my ears don’t pick up a single sound.

Below the ocean surface it beautiful and bright, as I rise to the surface with all my might.

When I reach the top, I see the beach once more, but still I’m picturing the ocean in all of its galore.

Gazing up at the midnight sky, the stars come alive. They dance gracefully, showing off their beauty. Then suddenly the moon appears. He shines a silky smoothe spotlight on the performers. A shooting star leaps by, stealing the show. But then it gets lighter. The moon and stars vanish behind the black stage curtain, as dusk arrives, now the main character.

I had a really fun spring break!! My baby cousin was born on Monday and he is my first first cousin! I also played with our puppy a lot during break. We also went to a cherry blossom art house, which was super cool. We did a lot of fun small fun things. I had an awesome break!!!

One of my favorite vacations was when my family and I went to universal in Florida. It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! We stayed at 2 hotels when we went there, one was a cabana bay hotel, which was amazing, and the second one animal kingdom lodge, which is the best hotel ever!!!!! It is African themed and outside of your balcony, there are wild African animals!! This one Giraffe followed us around everywhere! I named him Shortstop, because he was a baby. We have stayed at the animal kingdom lodge twice, because we have been to Florida and Disney world 3 times! We stayed in Harry Potter world for 1 day, and then we went to Disney for 3 days. In Universal, we went on all the rides in Harry Potter world, which was the only place we went in Universal. I also got chosen twice at the wand ceremony, and I got my one of the unique interactive wands:). Since my whole family are Harry Potter nerds, we did EVERYTHING in Harry Potter world. I also got this GIANT purple pygmy puff, which had to sit in its own seat on the plane because it was so big:). We all had SO MUCH fun!!!!!!!!!

The snow was so much fun!! I am really bummed that we had school today though:(. But I’m so happy that today is the last day before spring break:)!!!!!!! I had a lot of fun on our 2 snow days though! On Wednesday, we played outside for 7 hours in the snow with my dog. Then my friend came over with her dog, and we had even more fun! My favorite thing to do in the snow is sledding and snowboarding. Vader really likes doing those things too! He loves riding down the hills on the sled with us and sometimes he chases us down the hill. He also ate a TON of snow. He just kept eating and eating it. Hello! I REALLY hope that we get out of school early today! I am going to write about what I did last weekend. So last weekend, it was S.T. Patrick’s day and my family is Irish, Russian and French so of course we celebrate S.T. Patrick’s day. I always make Irish Soda bread which(which does not have actual soda in it) but it has baking soda, which is why it is called Irish Soda bread. Anyway, it’s one of my favorite foods. I also played with my dog a lot over the weekend. Since it was so nice out we took Vader outside to nap instead of inside. I put a mat down for him, and then put his water bowl down on top. Then, he wanted to play with the mat, and when he pulled it, the water bowl went flying and all of the water landed in his face. He was so surprised! I laughed at first but then, I felt really bad for him because he was soaking wet. That was my weekend!
