Girls lacrosse’s team focuses on championship

With the Freedom Varsity Girls Lacrosse team closing out the regular season with a 12-4 win against John Champe on May 10, players are looking forward to the championship season! The Freedom Girls are undefeated in the district, finishing with a team record of 10-3-0.

“At the beginning of this season, I was really unsure where we would end up because there were so many new additions to the team, ” said sophomore Lindsey Ahn. “But now after two months of many long practices and exciting wins, I am feeling super confident that we could go very far during this tournament.”
