Amelia always wanted a voodoo doll of her own, so one day she made one. She tested it by pinching its shoulder, and she felt her shoulder get pinched. It had worked! Anything that happened to the doll happened to her. As the days went by she started to realize the danger of having a voodoo doll.  One morning Amelia saw it was gone. Her sister Lily said it had to be here somewhere. “But where did it go!” Amiela shouted. They ran to their baby brother’s room, RIIIP! Their brother ripped off the head. A terrified scream ran through the house.

Hello crewmates! Today I’m going to tell you what word I think describes me, and that word is weird! I chose weird because I sometimes bring up things that have nothing to do with the conversion. I know random facts about random things. I rarely wear matched socks, and I could go on forever for reasons why I’ m weird but that’s for another post.

This word always tells me that I’m different and I like that! I want to be different and stand out, and show who I really am. A couple of my goals I have for myself are one, I want to get all A’s. Two, I want to write or at least start to write my own book. I have tried to but then lose interest in what I’m writing. My third one is to get better at drawing trees. So far I have only drawn one decent looking tree, my mom is so good at it and I want to be too. 

In order to get all A’s I am going to do any and all extra credit assignments that I can. I am going to study hard and take lots of notes in class as well as ask plenty of questions. For my second one I am going to try to find a topic I really like and stick with it. Now for my last one I’m going to ask for help from my mom, and watch plenty of videos on how to draw a tree. As I was on my bike heading back home, I heard a noise in the woods. I wanted to go look where it was coming from, but I didn’t want to leave it unattended. Otherwise, someone could steal it or it could roll away. I got out my phone and told my brother to come and watch my bike. When he arrived, I went into the woods. Minutes later he heard me scream. He was in a hurry, and tied the wheel to the pole, and ran into the woods where we were never heard or seen from again.

April 13th, 2042, the ships were prepared for takeoff to the colonies on mars. It was my first mission into space. I was so nervous and excited as I checked the safety systems. All systems were a go. The countdown began, and I began to brace myself. Three, two, one! The two ships around us took off, but ours didn’t. We tried and tried but it just wouldn’t take off!  We heard a rumble from the ship, and it started to take off! Five seconds later we heard the engines turn off,and we were falling back to earth!

 My brother was riding his bicycle. He was so desperate to catch up to the yellow bus. My mother had warned him if he didn’t get up at 7:30 he would be late for the bus. My brother said that he  had been a brat that morning because he had greedily taken the last donut. He didn’t like being called a brat, so we argued for so long that he had missed the bus and was stuck in the situation that he’s in now. Well now a new question appears, what does he do with the bike?

A long time ago some trees could talk, and three legged giants roamed the earth. The giants didn’t like the trees but they couldn’t tell the difference between talking trees and normal trees. So the giants made a deal with a spirit that could tell the difference between the trees. The spirit could cast a spell that could turn talking trees into normal trees. There was one giant who was friends with the talking trees. When the spell was casted he lifted five of his friends. Unfortunately this did not help the trees, but instead turned him into a tree.

I was in bed trying to go to sleep, I looked at my alarm clock and it was 11:39. I groaned and got out of bed and went to the bathroom. When I was done in the bathroom I took some melatonin and went back to bed. A little while later I looked at my alarm clock again and it was 12:21. I groaned even louder than last time and turned the other way. GROANNNN… I heard in my ear behind me …everything stopped and I froze. I woke up but my carpet was now torn to shreds.

 Hi fellow crewmates! Do you want me to call you , or should I think of something else? Tell me in the comments! Anyway, this post is about the holidays I celebrate and some things we do to celebrate these holidays. 

         Some holidays my family celebrates are Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Easter. For Christmas we put blow ups and lights in our front lawn and a wreath on our door. We also decorate our christmas trees, hang stockings over the fireplace, bake cookies,  and do other christmas activities! We also put candles (that are fake because real ones are too dangerous!) in our windows. We each (and by each I mean me and my brothers) have our own nutcracker, and we also have an Elf on the Shelf! His name is Jimmy, and no, we did not buy him. Fun fact; on a Sunday a couple of years ago we heard a noise by our front door. We didn’t see anyone nearby and my family was inside. We saw in the box an elf and a book. We opened up the half of the box with the book readed it, and the next day the elf was gone, or so we thought. We remembered the book saying that he likes to hide and we found him on our christmas tree! We love looking for him around Christmas and are sad when he leaves Christmas night, but we always look forward to seeing him next year!

      For Halloween we also put blow ups and lights in our front yard. We carve pumpkins, and put cool decorations around the house. We don’t go that crazy on Halloween like we do on christmas, but we have some cool stuff. On Thanksgiving, we normally go to my cousins’ house, but this year we didn’t because there are a LOT of people there and, you know, COVID. For Easter, no blow ups. (at least not yet anyway.) We put up some decorations, and we go to my grandma’s house. Nothing that crazy on Easter.
