Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen are working together to release an eight episode Spotify podcast series where they swap stories, and maybe even a white house singalong.

The first two episodes,”Renegades: born in the USA,” were released on Monday, and recorded in Springsteen’s home recording studio in New Jersey. The seemingly odd couple of podcasting have worked together in the past with Springsteen performing benefits for Obama during his presidential campaigns.

“He’s a rock ‘n’ roll icon,” Obama said, “I’m a lawyer and politician. Not as cool.”
