Timothée Chalamet Hosts Saturday Night Live

Timothée Chalamet hosted Saturday Night Live for the first time on Saturday. Chalamet has only ever acted in serious roles for his career thus far, and seeing him in a comedic state was a shock to many people. Although he seemed to be a little nervous, many people went to social media to show their love for him and the skits he participated in. Some of the skits included a Coronavirus Christmas, TikTok rappers, Tiny Horse, Bake off, and more. Chalamet grew up in New York, so hosting the show was a dream come true for him.

The show included musical guest Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Many fans freaked out after both Chalamet and Pete Davidson appeared in multiple skits together. In one popular skit, Chalamet played Harry Styles being interviewed, while Davidson played the popular singer, Machine Gun Kelly. In his closing statement, Chalamet quoted Harry Styles’ trademark phrase “treat people with kindness”, and wished everyone a goodnight and happy holidays.
