On December 3rd, democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris suspended her campaign for the 2020 presidency. This announcement came as Harris struggled with funding her campaign, due somewhat to her low polling numbers.

“I’m not a billionaire. I can’t fund my own campaign,” Harris said in a press release announcing the event. “So [it is] with deep regret and gratitude that I am suspending my campaign today.”
