October is a month filled with pink and awareness for breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in women and it now represents one in four of all cancers in women. John Champe High School does an amazing job with representing their support for victims of breast cancer. During all games in October, football players will wear pink and cheerleaders will have pink poms and bows. We also have a pink out for our football games.
