A Belgium Farmer has accidentally changed the border between Belgium and France by a few meters when he saw a large rock blocking the path for his tractor. The rock, however, was actually a stone that has marked the border for the past 200 years. The stone was placed 7 feet into what used to be France, breaking the 1820 Treaty of Fortrijk. The Mayor of the town in Belgium has announced that he has sent a letter to the farmer, stating that if he does not move the stone, the farmer could face criminal charges.
