The CDC announced a new set of health guidelines for fully vaccinated people. One rule says that fully vaccinated individuals can gather indoors without masks, but still must attain to social distancing and mask wearing practices in public places. Another says that fully vaccinated people can visit low-risk people, those without underlying health conditions, from a single household without masks or physical distancing.
Virginia is still rolling out vaccines in the 1b stage, including remaining first responders, teachers, postal workers, and individuals with high-risk conditions.
