Rush Limbaugh has died at 70. His wife announced his death on his radio show on Wednesday, saying that he died of lung cancer complications. Limbaugh hosted his show for 30 years before his death,  often talking about conspiracy theories that have helped transform the Republican party.

He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by former President Donald Trump following his diagnosis with lung cancer in February 2020.
