A winter storm is moving Northeast after beginning its attack on 25 states on Monday, February 15th. The storm has left many states like Texas with unprecedented amounts of snow and ice, causing highway collisions. More than 150 million people were under winter weather/ice storm warnings from the National Weather Service. The storm has already 4, three of which in North Carolina when the storm hit late last night.

A winter weather warning has been put out by the National Weather Service, extending from Texas to Maine.
