The House of Representatives plans to vote on Tuesday night in hopes of invoking the 25th Amendment. Only Vice President Mike Pence would be able to invoke this amendment, which would remove President Donald Trump from his position before his term ends in just a little over a week. Following this, Democrats in the House plan to propose an article of impeachment against Trump for his recent ‘incitement of insurrection’ following the riot that occurred last Wednesday at the Capitol.

By going through with the impeachment process, it would eliminate the possibility of Trump running for president in the future, which is a fear in the minds of many Democrats. With the news of impeachment, FBI has sent out a warning to law enforcement agencies throughout the country regarding the possibility of an armed protest if Trump is to be removed from his position.
