Last night congress passed another bill for a stimulus check for COVID-19 relief. It will be smaller than the first check, however it will still make a difference. People who made $75,000 or less in 2019 will receive $600, married couples who made $150,000 or less will receive $1,200, and people who are “head of household” and made less than $112,500 will also receive $600. Families who make more may still receive a check, but with smaller amounts of money. The bill was passed last night and signed by Trump, which means people can start receiving checks as early as the beginning of next week. There is nothing you have to do to sign up for the checks because they are distributed based on your tax filings. This check comes as a major relief to many, especially after the holidays.
