The National Weather Service has forecasted a winter storm warning and watch in  Loudoun County. The storm will be stretching from Charlottesville, Virginia, all the way to Boston, Massachusetts. There will also be freezing rain, which will create dangerous driving conditions along interstate roads and mountain regions. Areas along the coast will experience sustained winds between 25 to 35 mph, setting up blizzard conditions. The National Weather Service said that the conditions will make driving impossible and difficult.
