The prince’s office hasn’t publicly commented  but it is believed that Prince William tested positive for COVID-19 this past April.

Palace doctors treated William and he was isolated at home and he was struggling to breath at a point reported the Sun Newspaper. The royals may have chosen to keep his condition private because they didn’t want to concern the nation. Despite his diagnosis William was active in 14 telephone and video call meeting and engagements (reported by BBC ).
