On Monday, February 3, an unexploded bomb from World War II was found near Soho’s Dean Street in London by construction workers. Thousands of people were told to evacuate the area and police had limited access to the site of the bomb, in the event that it would still go off. Within 5 minutes of the bomb being found, everyone in the area had to leave for their own safety. The bomb weighed 550 lbs and was thought to have come from when the German air raid dropped 12,000 tons of bombs on the city in World War II.
