This past weekend, the Champe Equestrian Team had their first two competitions. The first one on Saturday was at Richmark Farm in Catlett, VA. Most of the team competed there and walked away with reserve champion for both the middle schoolers and the high schoolers. On Sunday, the team went to Oatland Stables in Gaithersburg, Maryland and ended up getting third place overall. This is a great start to the season to make their way to region finals in April. The team has many more competitions coming up in the next few cold months.
