In celebration of World Kindness Day, nurses at Pittsburgh’s West Penn Hospital dressed newborns in cardigans to celebrate the beloved Mr. Rogers, a popular children’s TV personality known for Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood. This is especially personal to the hospital as the show was largely filmed in Pittsburgh’s local WQED studio.
