The college admissions scandal was one of the most recognizable events from 2018. It was alleged that bribery was used to get high school graduates into college. 16 of the 33 parents have been charged. Felicity Huffman paid someone to pretend to be her daughter, and took the SAT for her. Felicity has been charged to serve 14 days in prison. Along with prison, she had to pay a $15,000 fine, and do 250 hours of community service.

“I now carry a deep, abiding shame,” Huffman said.
