For next year, assistant principal Mr. Bonner will be moving to Independence High School as an assistant principal. Independence High School is a new high school set to start next year, 2019-2020. Independence High School will be located in Ashburn on Learning Circle, only a few minutes drive from Champe. He joins other former and current Champe staff, including Principal John Gabriel, and assistant principal Mrs. Jennifer Traina. Mrs. Kelly James, from Champe’s foreign Languages department, will also be an assistant principal at Independence next year.
