Famous American journalist, Megyn Kelly, is currently facing a lot of criticism due to comments she made about blackface. On one of her shows segments this past Tuesday, she was talking about Halloween when this was said:

“What is racist? Because you get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface for Halloween or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween. When I was a kid, that was okay as long as you were dressing up like a character.”

Many viewers were outraged and did not appreciate her ignorance towards the topic. At the beginning of her show on Wednesday, she stated a formal apology for the comments she made the day before. Fellow coworker, Al Roker, claim she needs to make a better apology.

There are rumors that she will be fired or removed from the show.
