In case you didn’t hear, there is a hurricane that is going to rock the east coast once again: Hurricane Florence. The Category 3 hurricane is said to be affecting states such as the Carolinas, Georgia, and parts of Virginia. Virginia has already declared a state of emergency, and schools around Norfolk and the Chesapeake are already closed thanks to the storm. As of this post, the hurricane is slowly approaching North Carolina, starting slow but is expected to leave a devastating impact. Here in Virginia, water bottles are sold out. From Harris Teeter to Costco, they’re all out of stock. Although the affect of the hurricane here isn’t going to have as much of an impact, it is still advised to stay safe and be prepared for the worst.
