ARSENAL VS CHELSEA 1/19/19

In my latest post i talked about how Arsenal was going to come back after their loss in their final match of 2019 in the premier league. In y heart arsenal truly got redemption. In their match last week they prevailed against a team that was equally on par with them. They versed Chelsea last week which was another titan of a club in the premier league. Chelsea is a 5-star club just like Arsenal. In the end Arsenal prevailed with a final score of  2 nil. Both goals were lovely but the second goal by Laurent Koscielny from Arsenal was beautiful. Laurent headers a spectacular assist in the goal. My predictions for Arsenal coming back in the premier league was true for now.Image result for arsenal vs chelsea 1/19/19

Arsenal in the premier league 2019

As the year 2019 came Arsenal has upped their game. They lost to Liverpool 5-1 in 2018. I think this sparked a fire in them to try their best in their upcoming games. After that game they won their next two games. Their first game in 2019 was against Blackpool where they won 3-0. One goal was scored by Iwobi and the next two goals were scored by Willock.The second game they had was against Fulham where they won 4-1. The scorers were Aubameyang, Ramsey, Lacazette, and Xhaka. In both these games there was a three point difference. After their loss in their final game in 2018 to Liverpool i’m sure that they will make a huge comeback in the premier league maybe even go after the trophy. I hope to see them come back and maybe even have a game against Liverpool again. Liverpool is my favorite team but Arsenal is a sure second.

MANCHESTER CITY Vs. LIVERPOOL Summary

Two major teams of the premier league battle it out yesterday. This was a really hyped match. Let’s get into the statistics of the game.  The first half was filled with many yellow cards. In total 4 yellow cards were given with both teams contributing to this number. Toward the final minutes of the first half Sergio Aguero scores for Manchester City. The first half ends. Then the second half starts and liverpool had a chance to score from a free kick  but they missed. This was a huge disappointment because they had a high chance to score since it was inside the box.  But later Firmino scored a lovely header which tied the score between the two teams back to 1-1. Lots of people had high hopes for Liverpool winning this match. Even my friend had high hopes that Liverpool would win. This hope however diminished when Leroy Sane scored the tie breaking score for Manchester City. The match continued but Liverpool wasn’t able to tie. The final score was 2-1 with Manchester City winning.
