One of my favorite vacations was when my family and I went to universal in Florida. It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! We stayed at 2 hotels when we went there, one was a cabana bay hotel, which was amazing, and the second one animal kingdom lodge, which is the best hotel ever!!!!! It is African themed and outside of your balcony, there are wild African animals!! This one Giraffe followed us around everywhere! I named him Shortstop, because he was a baby. We have stayed at the animal kingdom lodge twice, because we have been to Florida and Disney world 3 times! We stayed in Harry Potter world for 1 day, and then we went to Disney for 3 days. In Universal, we went on all the rides in Harry Potter world, which was the only place we went in Universal. I also got chosen twice at the wand ceremony, and I got my one of the unique interactive wands:). Since my whole family are Harry Potter nerds, we did EVERYTHING in Harry Potter world. I also got this GIANT purple pygmy puff, which had to sit in its own seat on the plane because it was so big:). We all had SO MUCH fun!!!!!!!!!

The snow was so much fun!! I am really bummed that we had school today though:(. But I’m so happy that today is the last day before spring break:)!!!!!!! I had a lot of fun on our 2 snow days though! On Wednesday, we played outside for 7 hours in the snow with my dog. Then my friend came over with her dog, and we had even more fun! My favorite thing to do in the snow is sledding and snowboarding. Vader really likes doing those things too! He loves riding down the hills on the sled with us and sometimes he chases us down the hill. He also ate a TON of snow. He just kept eating and eating it. Au Revoir!

Hello! I REALLY hope that we get out of school early today! I am going to write about what I did last weekend. So last weekend, it was S.T. Patrick’s day and my family is Irish, Russian and French so of course we celebrate S.T. Patrick’s day. I always make Irish Soda bread which(which does not have actual soda in it) but it has baking soda, which is why it is called Irish Soda bread. Anyway, it’s one of my favorite foods. I also played with my dog a lot over the weekend. Since it was so nice out we took Vader outside to nap instead of inside. I put a mat down for him, and then put his water bowl down on top. Then, he wanted to play with the mat, and when he pulled it, the water bowl went flying and all of the water landed in his face. He was so surprised! I laughed at first but then, I felt really bad for him because he was soaking wet. That was my weekend!

Hi!! I really hope that we get snow tomorrow because I want no school really bad! But even if we do not get snow, spring break is less than a week away! I am really excited to have a week and a couple days off. Here’s what I like to do in my free time: Play with my dog(that’s mostly what I do), bake, and play outside when it is nice out. I also love reading about animals. Bye!!!!

Some animals have

Stripes

Spots

Scales

And swirls.

Others have

Thick fur

Feathers

Wings

And horns

Some have

Spikes

Fins

Flippers

And tails.

But the thing to remember is that no matter how different the color, size or shape, animals need protection, because they are decreasing at a fast rate.

Hi!! Today I’m going to blog about my dog, Vader. He is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and the most loveable puppy ever!! His breed is called a Rhodesian Ridgeback because he has a strip of hair that goes the wrong way on his back! Ridgebacks also have a black snout and with these 2 unique characteristics you can easily tell them apart from other dog species. They are also SUPER big dogs! They usually weigh up to 100 pounds and we met on that was 140. Anyway, Vader loves being outside and he LOVES people and other dogs. His favorite toys are probably a deer antler, a squeaky red lobster and his teddy bear which he loves to sleep with.  Bye!

So my friend and me are writing a story about pangolins. Do you know what they are?? Pangolins are kind of like armadillos and most people if they see them, think they are. But pangolins are completely different. Pangolins are small creatures that curl up into a ball when they are in danger. This is why people mistake them for armadillos. They live in Asia and Africa and they are endangered. People hunt pangolins for their meat and their scale coating their body are used in some parts of the world for medecine. We have to help these creatures! They are ADORABLE!!!!

So this morning I took my dog outside to play in our backyard, and because it was SUPER windy the last few days, there was trash everywhere. It was crazy. So it’s really important that when it’s windy or there is really bad weather outside that you clean up  your trash and if you have trash outside that you pick it up. The wind blows it everywhere and animals can get caught or accidentally eat it by mistake. It’s important to keep our Earth clean!
