Ninth-grade AOS students recently participated in the annual Toshiba. Exploravision project symposium, a tradition that showcases abstract thinking, research, and future-focused thinking. They spent weeks developing innovative solutions to impactful problems using technologies that could possibly exist in the future.
These projects explored a wide range of ideas, including self-healing roads,
advanced treatments for osteoporosis, lanternfly population control, and many
other inventive ideas. The symposium celebrated not only the hard work students
put into scientific research and design, but also their ability to imagine abstract
technologies that could shape the world in the coming decades.
