Spaghetti Squash

Happy Friday!

What if you could trick your brain into thinking that you’re eating pasta, when you’re actually eating a vegetable? You can, with this new recipe! Spaghetti squash is a special type of squash that forms noodles when it’s cooked. All you have to do is cut the squash in half, brush on olive oil, and put it in the oven for around 30 minutes. As you probably are, I was pretty skeptical going into this cooking project. I never believed all the comments that said “It tastes like real pasta,” or “You can’t even tell it’s squash.” As long as you season the spaghetti squash well enough, it tastes like a pasta dish.

I have attached a link to a simple recipe! Have a great weekend 🙂
