Q: How can I control the posts I see when I first login and go to my Dashboard?

A: This area is called The Reader and is intended to make it easier to read and comment on posts directly from within your dashboard.  It should display recent posts from the blogs you follow.  If you don’t yet follow any blogs it will display recent random posts.  If you are using the My Class feature, the Reader will only display recent posts and comments from your class blog and student blogs associated with the class. Q: Why is the “follow” option not available to others when viewing my blog?

A:  If a user has set the reading settings (dashboard->settings->reading) to “discourage search engines from indexing this blog” then the follow option is not available.
