If you didn’t know, today was a day where in Washington DC there was a huge march against gun violence. Over 500,000 people came. Now that’s a lot. We wanted to go the the march but I had piano till eleven, we hadn’t made a poster, Washington was an hour away and we had to get back by four. We still tried though. We made our poster and got out at around 12:30, so far so good. We made our way to DC but then the real problems started. We had nowhere to park. We drove around a little bit but then my parents got hungry. So we ended up parking near a restaurant half a mile away from the real protest. After eating it was already 3. We just ended up marching for about half an hour and then going back home. Well that really was our day, up till now.
