So, why am I disappointed with Moon Knight. Well, for starters Moon Knight is not as popular as you may think he is. Some of you may have not even heard of Moon Knight until now. You may be like “What is a Moon Knight?”. After all, even with such a cool costume, he never hit it off like Spidey or Cap. Also, he is a servant of some Egyptian moon god which makes it weirder and is really an unnecessary element. This is probably a reason why so many people don’t read Moon Knight. It is weird and uncomfortable for me. He literally will do anything the Egyptian moon god tells him to do, even murder. He can’t think for himself when it comes to this weird Egyptian god, leaving him more of a lowly servant will obey his master than a hero.
This brings me to my next point, Moon Knight is literally insane. I mean, he has a serious mental condition. Well, you would figure that anyone out in a costume at night might have a few screws loose, but Moon Knight takes the cake. He has a really bad multi-personality disorder. He has a brick of personalities. This includes a mercenary Moon knight and even Spidey, Wolverine and Captain America (Steve Rogers, not Sam Wilson). He belongs in a mental hospital, not beating up bad guys on the street. The even worst part is they don’t use his mental instability in a fun way such as Deadpool. Reading Deadpool is just fun in general, they work with the fact that he’s a sociopath in a way that makes his comics great. Guess, how popular he is right now? A heck a lot more than Moon Knight ever could. However the writers of Moon Knight have him be such a character, that a whole lot of people don’t like him in universe. To be honest, most people probably see him as a crazy vigilante more than a superhero. It’s a wonder why anybody even likes him.
Also, he is a total rip-off. Just listen, he’s rich, has a moon cave, moonarangs, a big mansion, and a moon copter. I am not even lying with this one. If you don’t believe me, just look up what is the name of Moon Knight’s headquarters. He’s basically, Marvel’s rip-off of you guess who, FRICKIN BATMAN!!! Marvel completely flopped when trying to make their own Batman. However, Moon Knight has potential to be an okay superhero. All Marvel needs to do to make him good is keep the costume design (that I do like). Switch out his gear and hideout with something more original. Lastly, GIVE HIM A FRICKIN BACKSTORY THAT WOULDN’T BE SO FRICKIN WEIRD OR MAKING HIM INSANE FOR GOODNESS SAKE MARVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh, and also make him not be a failed rip-off of Batman. If these flaws are not fixed, he’s screwed for the rest of his little comic book existence.
