Exfoliating ✧˚·.

Exfoliating your skin is great for getting rid of dead skin on your face, or making your face look brighter. There are some certain rules to it though. One being that you should only exfoliate your skin once a week. Breaking this rule can cause irritation on your skin and make it worse and redden skin. Another one is scrubbing too hard. When you do this you can redden your skin and make it worse. You could also accidentally get rid of alive skin.

Heatless Waves ✧˚·.

Heatless waving is a great way to style your hair, as it is better for it and more efficient. Studies have shown that heatless waving is actually better for your hair and lasts longer throughout the day. Heatless waving is simple, you can either do those fancy social media tutorial, which would be more efficient and the waves would be more noticeable throughout the day, but it would be very hard to do. What I would prefer is either braiding your hair overnight or twisting your hair into buns to stay overnight. P.S if you’re going to do overnight waving, use a bonnet or something like that to make sure your hair doesn’t come apart.

How To Eat Healthier ✧˚·.

There have been many people who have wanted to go on a diet, but don’t want to stop eating their favorite foods. Well there are multiple solutions to this problem. My personal favorite is eating healthy foods that still taste good! If you do your research you can find multiple keto or low calorie recipes that actually taste really good.

There are multiple foods that may seem unhealthy, but they are actually great for you, such as dark chocolate or popcorn. You can also replace your favorite foods with some healthier options like popcorn instead of chips or you could go all natural and make your own foods without any processed junk.

Not all healthy foods are bad, try and find some veggies or fruits that you personally like. Fruits have natural sugar that’s why most of them are sweet so that can be a great start.

Now don’t limit yourself to only eating healthy food, you are perfect the way you are so it’s ok to have a couple of junk food once in a while. It’s your body so you decide what to do with it <3
