A. My full name is Keegan Shackford.

A. I am a senior.
Q. Where did you commit to for college?
A. I committed to Iowa State University for football.
Q. How long have you been playing your sport for?
A. This is my 4th year of football as a kicker.
Q. What has your athletic career looked like?
A. Soccer and wrestling are both awesome sports! [I] was fortunate to place in Regions and went to States in Indy’s first wrestling season!
Q. When did you decide that committing for a sport was something you wanted to do?
A. As soon as I saw the progress I was making, I knew football was meant to be. It’s not about the finished product, it’s about the process. That is why I chose football and Iowa State.
Q. Do you have a favorite memory from this sport?
A. My favorite memory from football was beating Heritage with one second left in the game on an amazing throw from Brian Courtney and an amazing catch from Ulysses Carr.
Q. What are you most looking forward to in college (sports or academics)?
A. I am looking forward to the grind at Iowa State, excited to meet new people and my new teammates and build something special at Cyclone Nation!
