For my next piece, I want to do Swedish cinnamon buns, kanelbullar. I have been doing a lot of savory foods, so I wanted to do a desert for a change. For the actual piece, I think I want to do a close-up view of the bun with another bun and maybe a drink in the background. For the media, I have been debating between acrylic paint and colored pencil. I feel like I am better at using acrylic paint, however, I think that colored pencils will help to achieve the texture, shadow, and colors of the food. This food looks absolutely delicious, so I am excited for it to be my next piece!
